About the Role

Location: Irvine, CA Industry: Japanese Condiments Shift: Monday to Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM Compensation: $DoE (Exempt) + benefits

Main responsibilities are:

  • Chef

  • Menu development

  • New product development

  • Production of premium products

  • Complete product and marketing research

  • Assess competitor products

  • Identify key requirement for products or upgrades


  • Must have experience as a restaurant chef

  • Must have experience in product development and new menu development

  • Research and forecasting skills

  • Experience with product management a plus

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail
