About the Role

Location: Torrance, CA Shift: 8 hour shift between 5:00AM to 6:00PM, including weekends and holidays

Compensation: $19.00/HR + excellent benefits

This position is responsible for providing administrative functions and supporting the Customer Service Contact Center operations.

Job duties include:

  • Perform administrative and human resource management functions

  • Perform system support functions

  • Arrange staffing and operation coverage as needed for call center operation

  • Handles general inquiry calls


  • Ability to work shifts, and work weekends and holidays

  • Good dependability record

  • Basic understanding of computer system and telephone system

  • Ability to operate interactive computer terminals and telephone equipment such as handsets and headsets for long periods of time

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and basic Microsoft Access knowledge

  • Knowledge of database structure is preferred

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
