About the Role

Location: Los Angeles, CA Shift: Monday to Friday; 8:00AM to 4:00PM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Compensation: $19.50/HR + excellent benefits


Job duties include:


  • Represent the Company in its cargo operations at the Los Angeles International Airport

  • Provide sales and booking reservations to all of Los Angeles cargo operations

  • Perform various customer service functions as needed

  • Secure cargo allocations for potential cargo business

  • Work closely with outside sales staff to maintain and establish new accounts for the Cargo department

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the air cargo industry preferred

  • Knowledge of TSA, CBP/AMS regulations preferred

  • Must obtain and maintain SIDA badge with CBP hologram

  • Must pass US Postal Service background check

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint

  • Ability to work independently and or as a member of a team

  • Persuasive and goal oriented
