About the Role

Location:  Irvine, CA (full office commute)

Shift: Monday to Friday; 4 hour shift between 8:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation: $19.50 - $23.50/HR


Job duties include:

  • Phone and e-mail customer service.

  • Document requests and information gathering from providers

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Japanese/English

  • 1-3 years of working (preferably Customer Service) experience

  • Strong PC and MS Office skills

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent communication and intepersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
