About the Role

Location: Los Angeles, CA Shift: 8 hour shift – must be available to work weekends and nights Compensation: $21.00/HR~ + excellent benefits


Job duties include:


  • Ensure excellent customer service by coordinating specific operations

  • Ensure smooth operations by assisting Supervisors and Managers in ground operations

  • Perform passenger service functions by handling special customer requests and supporting any irregularities such as delays, problem with baggage, and etc.

  • Perform general administrative functions by covering for other Staff (including other stations, when requested by management) and providing them with appropriate operational support or training as needed

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Japanese/English

  • Past experience in customer service/passenger service is required

  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong computer (PC) skills

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Availability to work any hours (day shift and night shift)
