About the Role
Location: Anaheim, CA Industry: Healthcare Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00AM to 5:30PM Compensation:$45,000 - $48,000/YR (DoE) + benefits
· Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
· Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
· Perform partial checks of the posting process
· Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
· Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
· Communication with Japan headquarters
· Order management and maintaining documents
· Following up on order deliveries and confirmations
Requirements
· Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
· Proven bookkeeping experience
· Past experience and proficiency in QuickBooks
· Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
· Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
· Proficiency in English and in MS Office
· Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
