About the Role
Location: Burbank, CA Industry: Restaurant Compensation: $70,000 - $78,000/YR (DoE) + benefits
Applicants must be bilingual in Japanese/English with at least 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing and managing social media, preferably within the restaurant industry.
Job duties include:
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preference
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Shape and communicate company vision and mission
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing and sales to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
3-5 years of proven experience in brand marketing and/or social media management, preferably in the restaurant industry
Ability to deliver creative content
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
