About the Role

Location: Torrance, CA Shift: Must be available to work 4 hours shift (5:00AM – 9:00AM or 2:00PM – 6:00PM) or 8 hour shifts as well as weekends and holidays Compensation: $16.50/HR (Exempt) + benefits

This position is responsible for performing customer service functions by handling all travel arrangements and responding to all travel related inquiries in order to meet customers’ needs and promote the company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform customer service functions

  • Perform general administrative functions

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Japanese/English

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Ability to operate interactive computer terminals and telephone equipments

  • Proficient PC Skill (MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Motivated individual with great interpersonal skills

  • Must be flexible with ability to work weekends and holidays
