About the Role
Location: Honolulu, HI
Shift: 40 hour week between Monday through Sunday (including holidays)
2 shifts: 8:45AM - 5:15PM or 12:00PM to 8:30PM
Compensation: $36,000/YR + benefits
Job duties include:
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
Past experience in the customer service
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
