About the Role
Location: Atlanta, GA
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM (some OT required)
Compensation: $41,000 - $49,000/YR (DoE) + benefits
Applicants with past experience in customs clearance may be considered for the Supervisor position.
Job duties include:
Arrangement of transportation and customs clearance for import/export
Warehouse operations
Negotiate with shipping and trucking companies, warehouse operators
Create quotes for customers
Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for managers
Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
Past experience in freight forwarding
Excellent communication skills
Great organizational and time management skills
Strong PC and MS Office skills
Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
