About the Role
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay: $18.00/HR - (DoE) + benefits
Shift: 9:00AM to 6:00PM; Monday to Friday (some OT may be necessary)
Employment Status: Full-time; direct-hire
Job Duties: Answer and direct phone calls; organize and schedule appointments; write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms; assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties; provide clerical and administrative support to HR department; prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures; prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
Requirements
Bilingual in Japanese/English; past experience in administrative/HR duties within the hospitality industry is preferred; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work; attention to detail and problem solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
