About the Role
Location: Cerritos, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week
Compensation: $48,000 - $52,000/YR + benefits
Job duties include:
Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs to maximize satisfaction
Identify and establish contact with potential customers leads through cold calling
Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers and existing customers
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with potential customers and existing customers
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Requirements
Must be bilingual in English (fluent) / Japanese (business level)
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Motivation skills and a positive attitude
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships, and network
A commitment to excellent customer service
Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends
Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, demonstrations and client meetings
Friendly and personable with others
