About the Role
Location: Torrance, CA Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM Compensation:$60,000 - $75,000/YR (DoE); exempt + benefits
Manage key accounts
Act as the point of contact for clients
Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
Sales presentations and demonstrations
Negotiate contracts with potential clients about quotation, service agreement, etc.
Identify new potential customers
Supervise sales account representatives
Ensure budget and time requirements are met
Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
Must have at least 3-5 years of logistics sales experience
Must be available to travel
Proficient PC and MS Office skills (Word, Excel/spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain documents/data
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly
