About the Role

Location: Torrance, CA (Can go remote upon completion of probationary period)

Shift: Monday to Friday; Part-time and Full-Time available; flexible shift (8am or 9am start)

Compensation: starting from $22.00/HR (DoE)* + benefit

  • Assist the sales team by creating and managing document

  • Provide customer service by handling inquiries

  • Contacting insurance companies to verify information

  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

  • General administrative tasks

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Japanese/English

  • Past experience in the insurance industry is a plus

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office
