About the Role
Location: Santa Ana, CA(Hybrid then remote option available) Industry: Manufacturing Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM* Compensation: $65,000/YR ~ (DoE) + benefits
*Must be available for occasional early morning shifts due to meeting with headquarters overseas.
Job duties include:
Provide customer service and correspond to inquiries
Communicate with factories overseas
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
Past experience in sales and/or sales support
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
