About the Role
Location: Brea, CA
Compensation: $55,000/YR + benefits
Employment Status: Full-time; direct-hire
Job Duties: Review timesheets, wage computation and other information to detect and reconcile payroll; process paperwork for new employees and enter information into database/system; verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustements; administer company benefits programs, process enrollment applications, etc; maintain employee personnel files and related documents; resolve employee relation issues; assist with recruiting, hiring and terminations
Requirements
2-5 years or proven experience in payroll and human resources; knowledge of labor laws and requirements; strong math skills with ability to spot numerical errors; time management skills; ability to handle confidential information; strong communication skills; excellent organizational skills
