About the Role
Location: Remote (office is located in Los Angeles, CA)
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000/YR (exempt) + benefits
Employment Status: Full-Time; Direct-Hire
Job duties include:
Maintain contact with assigned merchants, acquirer/Processors and other players in the merchant acquiring ecosystem through on-site visits, direct mail/e-mail and other means as appropriate
Increase visibility, maintain and enhance presence for company within assigned merchant portfolio
Develop programs to increase company sales, brand visibility and company acceptance within the acquirer processor community
Maintain a proactive relationship with major trade organizations and publications that support assigned merchants
Participate as a representative/exhibitor at National trade conferences
Investigate and recommend to management marketing and/or enablement opportunities within assigned merchant portfolio or assigned industry vertical
Develop presentation and collateral material that effectively communicates company products, services andacceptance opportunities to merchants within assigned portfolio
Manage assigned merchant relationships to ensure all aspects of company enablement have been completed including merchant signage, promotional/advertising opportunities, new products and systems andoperational issues
Clearly communicate merchant and industry interests to senior management, as necessary, including any issues that relate to the card partnership and/or acquirer processors.
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Senior account manager
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Familiarity with sales performance metrics
Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
Team management skills
Strong analytical and organization skills
BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
